End of the trip

Now that we are home and somewhat recooperated, I will tell a few things we missed. First off the second night of DL Dailynn fell pretty hard and skinned her knee and elbow. The first thing that she cried was "Now how am I going to play soccer?" We started laughing then the next thing to come out was "Now how am I going to walk?" We were reassuring her that she would be able to walk, that it wasn't the bone hurt, just her skin. This was followed by a hysterical "BUT I LOVE MY SKIN!!!" It was a long 10 min drive back to the hotel listening to her scream and cry about how her skin was lost and that it was bleeding and she was so sad. Luckily she fell asleep after a few min. Once we made it back to the hotel she started back in as if she hadn't even fallen asleep. I started cleaning it and she was screaming bloody murder. I was sure we woke up a few other people in the hotel because of it. If I tried to change the bandaids at anytime the rest of the week, it was another round of screaming about me taking her bandaids.

So on Friday we hit Sea World, and were quite surprised to sit in the splash zone at almost every show and we didn't get a drop of water on us. BUMMER!!! We were all so tired from the whole week that it was not as exciting as it should have been. I will say though that the best show was the Sea Lions Live. Well let me rephrase that, the preshow for SLL was the best. They just had this guy out there acting like he was cleaning things up. He started by squirting people with his bottle pretending to be cleaning, sneaking up behind people squirting them and stuff. Then he started pulling people out of the crowd and getting them to do stuff. Janina had her camera out so he pulled her up and had her pose. Then they pulled another guy up to put his arm around her to pose. The guys wife wasn't too happy, then they pulled up an African American girl up to be their daughter. Then he was "watching tv" with theme songs coming on and either acting them out our letting the audience sing them then turning it off so we kept singing. It was really a lot funnier than it sounds.

So we spent Friday night and Saturday driving home, and it was so nice to finally get here. The problem, we were going to Ephraim the next morning. We were going for one of the mission farewells that are going to the same mission. It was fun being with all the neices and nephews for an afternoon. I miss all of them, they are a lot of fun.

That's the end of the vacation, now where is my vacation?
