crazy crazy crazy

So I have so much to talk about. First, for Dailynn's birthday in Sept we went bowling with a bunch of friends, then had cake and ice cream the next day. Her cake was a barbie cake, if you want instructions for it, let me know. Then Nathan and I had a party with a bunch of friends. This has only been our second successful b-day party we have had. Usually we invite 30 people and end up with 2-4 people even though we buy food for all of them. Well the first successful one was in Logan and we ended up with about 30 people (kids included) in our small apartment with our 2 week old baby. This time we had about 20 people in our medium house, it was a lot less crazy, and we were able to do more than just chat like the last one. Thanks everyone that came. We had an inside bbq, then played some games and hung out. Most everyone didn't know each other, but it was fun to mix all our aspects of our lives together.

Next, we have been busy with a recovery and keeping everyone healthy. I spent all day on Thursday sanding, washing, priming, and painting the girls room. I started the project in January, and I finally got it going again. I still need to do the ceiling, and accenting. The walls are done, so we are looking better. Nathan's favorite part is that the dresser is no longer in the hall, but in the room. YIPEE!!!!

Now for the fun, we had a Halloween party last night at our church. We invited some friends to join us, and this year we went all out. Nathan and I don't usually dress up, but we decided to. Thanks Austin and Sherie for convincing us to do it. Dailynn was an adorable cheerleader. She looked so good, and I promise, the colors were all they had, not my allegeice to any school. Her makeup ended up being fixed a few times. Avi got to be a cute angel. Nathan was a Japanese Samaria Warior. It's a repeat from before, but it still looks good. I decided to be gothic. I have been working on it for about 2 weeks to figure it out. It was fun once I finally figured it all out. I got the shirt and boots at DI, and the rest was borrowing from Sherie, or walmart. I pulled a stupid though because I put the fake nails on before anything else. As you all know I am a nail biter, so putting on fake nails, I didn't know how to use them. Luckily my friend showed up to help me put on make up, do my hair, pait the nails, and take care of my kids the rest of the way. I did get them all done before I started myself, but as stated before Dailynn needed a redo on the makeup. Some how I survied the ordeal, and I was creepy. You judge for yourself. Avi was cute at least. So at the party we got a few good coments. I had a few people not know who we were. I loved when people would say they had been looking at me for a while trying to figure out who it was. I also got a few saying I looked terrible and hoped that I had never looked this way before.

So now I have these fake nails on, not sue how to use them, and taking twice as long as it should to type this post. I have lost them all on the right hand while trying to clean grapes, but the left hand is still in tact, we will see what happens.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

It is a good thing you were never a goth in high school. You look much better as a normal person. Your girls looked adorable.
